Alyson Le Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hannigan was born on 24 March 1974. American TV host and actress she is a native of the United States of America. Her roles include Willow Rosenberg (1997-2003) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2005-2014), for which she was awarded a People's Choice Award in 2009 and Michelle Flaherty (1999-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller: The Fool Us has been on the air since the year of 2016. Hannigan is also the voice actor of Claire Clancy from Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan is the sole daughter of Emilie (Posner) Haas (a real estate agent) and Alan Hannigan (a Teamsters worker). Hannigan's mother, who is Jewish and is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. At the age of 11, she moved to Hollywood with her mother. Her father was a casting agent in Santa Barbara while she was there. She auditioned. Following high school, she enrolled at California State University Northridge. In Northridge she was an active member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and graduated with a psychology degree. Hannigan was in her first film appearance in 1988's My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was also one of her co-stars, and was later her co-star on Buffy. Her first TV part in a series came in 1989 when she was made an actress on the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was her How I Met Your Mother star, was just an teen when Hannigan was hired as a babysitter for the kids of Bob Saget. Hannigan was later picked to play Willow Rosenberg, Buffy Summers her best friend on the hit TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer In 1997, she won the attention of the nation. She also took care of Bob Saget's children in How I Met Your Mom. Angel allowed her to reprise Willow's character in several episodes.
