Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos, a Canadian actor from Canada. She played Becky Richards on the Teletoon children's comedy show Majority Rules! From 2009 until 2010 she was the lead character Becky Richards on the Teletoon children's comedy series Majority Rules! She starred from 2009 to in the year 2010. Spiridakos plays the role of Detective Hailey Upton. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek-born parents, and restaurant owners George and Anastasia Spiridakos She has two brothers. The family moved to her father's hometown, Skala, Greece south of Sparta just a few years after her birth in Canada. They returned to Canada in 1992. She is strongly linked to her Greek roots, and can speak fluent Greek. Spiridakos started acting in her junior high school. She continued her studies at the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. She was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg in 2000. Spiridakos moved to Winnipeg in 2007. She was able to get her first role on Supernatural within a matter of weeks. She continued to do television work as a walk-on in Bionic Woman's The L Word, Hellcats, Psych and other shows. Spiridakos played the role in the TV movie Goblin and also in the web-based show Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Spiridakos appeared on Being Human as the werewolf Brynn McCLean. In 2009, she was cast in her first role in a starring part as Becky Richards, a 15-year-old girl, on Canadian Teletoon's Majority Rules! Her debut in the feature film world in 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes as well as filmed the low-budget Michael Greenspan-helmed thriller, Kill for Me, which featured her alongside Donal Logue and Katie Cassidy. Spiridakos appeared as Sammi in the 2012 Nickelodeon original movie, Rags. The second season of the show was recorded in Austin, Texas.
