Heather Locklear, also known as Heather Deen Locklear, was born September 25 on the 25th of September, 1961, in Westwood. She is an actor and producer. After being detained in September, for driving under the influence of prescription drugs [November 17th, 2008], she was charged with misdemeanor DUI (Misdemean DUI) in Santa Barbara County.
