Linda Edna Cardellini, born 25 June 1975, is an American actress. In television, she is well-known for her roles as the lead in the teenage drama Freaks and Geeks (1999-2000) and the medical drama ER (2003-09), the thriller drama Bloodline (2015-17), and the tragicomedy Dead to Me (2019-present), the latter one earning her a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. She also appeared as an actor in Mad Men (2013-15), where she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award. She voiced the animated show Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated (2010)-13, Regular Show (2012)-15, Gravity Falls (2012)-16 and Sanjay & Craig (2013)-16. Cardellini's film roles include Velma Dinkley's part in Scooby-Doo (2002) The Regular Show (2012-15) as well as Gravity Falls (2012-16), and Sanjay and Craig (2013-16). Additionally, she has supporting roles in Legally Blonde (2002), Brokeback Mountain (2005) and Grandma's Boy (2006).
